I have been with Bluehost for about a month now. Before that I just had a simple wordpress.com site, that I had for about five months.
This being my first month with the new blog and content, I have had 1,000 visitors to my blog (Don’t giggle too much). This information coming from the stats in the admin panel of wordpress. I am just a little blog starting out in this rocky world of review blogs.
Since taking this big step to a hosted site, I was horrified that I would do something wrong. I don’t know anything about coding! I know how to type a blog and that is about it. I am not one that runs to the phone to call support, so everything for me has been a learning process.
Bluehost has an amazing “knowledge base”, which is so very helpful. Just type in the question and about every time I have found an answer. I did have to call them once and was on hold for about ten minutes, but found the answer on my own by searching through their “knowledge base”. I would give them a 9 for support, deducting a point because I could not get them on the phone.
The features that are offered on Bluehost are really nice. The one feature that had me sold was how easy it was too put BlueHost on my site. It was as simple as a push of a button, and I was up and running. They also do offer email services, which is nice as well. So that I can have an email that is just for my blog.
Another great feature is how easy it is to find your backup files. I decided I would try out a different theme on wordpress, and BAMB, all of my information was gone. It was so easy to go right into BlueHost and reset everything like it was. I also really like the setup of the dashboard. Everything is so easy to find, even for me. I would give their features a 10/10.
I feel for what BlueHost has to offer, the value is great. I entered into BlueHost during a special they were having and I received twelve months for $35.40, and my domain purchase was free for a year.
Even if this was at the regular price this service for me is worth every penny. I like how easy everything can be accessed and used. I would give the value of BlueHost a 10/10.

Blue Host is my very first Web Hosting since I started blogging when I moved to wordpress before. I actually started blogging using Blogspot.com then I enjoyed the whole blogging thing then decided to move to wordpress, buy my own domain, and use blue host as recommended. It works good for me.
I needed to wait for 24 or 48 hours to resolve an issue and get help from them and by the time that they get back and answer my email they will just say that they can’t see any problem since I have already figure it out myself or with the help of others. Though, I understand that I am not the only customer, but I am blogging. As everyone knows about it, Your blog must be good and going when someone visits your site because if it looks not presentable or your blog is down then that chance that you will gain more readers is all gone.
I don’t really know much about the features but having my website back up by blue host everyday or weekly is just amazing. Though I still do manul back up myself monthly or weekly if I will remember it, But knowing that Blue host back it up for me automatically I don’t worry much like I do before.

I never had a problem with Blue Host. Unless I make my own problem trying to tweak some CSS which I don’t really know how or when I update a plug-in and it is not compatible with my theme or other plug-ins.
Overall experience: 9/10
I will Rate Blue Host 9/10. That 1 rate left is for when I have problem on my blog and I needed to wait for 1 or 2 days which I am not really happy with haha Though, I tried the Live chat like twice it all turned out good they do answer for like 10-20mins I think in a conversation, But It is still a bit slow. I am a busy mom and I don’t sit for the whole day just to wait for the only answer I needed. But I guess knowing that lots of people is having problem with their blogs and not just me so I understand their side as well. Its just that I wish they can make it more quicker. I mean more people using Blue host, then they should manage to get more people to work too for every ones convenience if thats how it works. You know how its like when you are facebook chatting with your mom and it takes like hours before she can type and finish a 3 or 5 words? It feels like that. Kinda frustrating..
Anyway, Its not that everyday that you will have problem with your blog unless you did the problem yourself, So I recommend blue host. The fact that it does all my blog back-ups and renew my domain and host automatically it is such a great host to use and I feel so much confident and just blog away.
